Online Breathwork - Information
Online breathwork allows you to experience deep healing and release from the comfort and privacy of your own home. As you don’t need to travel anywhere afterwards you can simply rest, journal, or integrate in your own space. For some people, being alone also makes it easier to fully let go and surrender to the process.

How to prepare?
To get the most from the session, please take a few minutes to prepare your space and set yourself up for comfort.

-
Ensure that your Zoom is updated, your headphones are ready and your space is comfortable

-
Minimise interruptions - switch phones to silent, turn off notifications on your device, let others in your home know you’ll be unavailable for the duration

-
Aim to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in without rushing

* Breathwork is best done lying down, however if this is not comfortable you can be seated on a chair
Setting an Intention for the Session
It’s recommended to have an intention for the session, such as;
-
Something you’d like to release or let go of
-
A way you’d like to feel (ie relaxed, energised, focused)
-
A personal issue you’d like insight on
Just notice what comes up for you -
there’s no pressure, whatever feels right is perfect.
