Our energy work offerings focus on supporting balance, restoration and deep relaxation through gentle, restorative practices.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-off energy healing practice that supports deep relaxation and balance within the body and mind.
Lainey is a Reiki Master Teacher and trained practitioner. She offers Reiki both within our group Breathwork Circles and through private 1:1 sessions.
Alongside this, we also offer restorative energy clearing sessions for those looking to release tension, reset and return to a more grounded state of wellbeing.
Individual sessions are offered at our treatment space in Angus, or Lainey may be able to travel to you.

Restorative energy clearing focuses on clearing away negative or stagnant energy to restore balance and promote a sense of wellbeing. These sessions combine a range of techniques such as energy work (including reiki), sound therapy, gentle movement, visualisations, cleansing herbs, and crystals.
It's a holistic approach that Lainey has developed herself - which recognises the interconnectedness of energy and its impact on physical, mental, and emotional health. The goal is to remove blockages and negativity, allowing for a return to a state of harmony and vitality.

Reiki is a simple yet powerful soft touch energy practice that supports your body and mind to return to balance. You literally lie back, rest and receive. Many people describe Reiki as deeply calming, with a sense of warmth, peace, or lightness afterwards.
As Reiki is so gentle, it is very supportive for people managing stress, anxiety, or illness, and for anyone needing time to rest and restore.

What to Expect

Lie down on a therapy bed and completely relax

Gentle touch (or hands just above the body) to channel Reiki energy
