Transformational Breathwork

Transformational breathwork is a simple, safe, and powerful technique that can support your self-healing journey. It’s easy to learn, and you don’t need any previous experience. This practice has been around for thousands of years and offers a wide range of benefits for both your mind and body.

Our Breathwork Circles are a full two-hour immersive experience, carefully designed to guide you through a powerful journey. Whether you’re new to breathwork or seeking a deeper practice, these sessions are open to everyone. We also weave breathwork into many of our other offerings, as it’s such a beneficial tool that's incredibly accessible and quickly effective for relaxing and calming your nervous system.

We are the only facilitators in the UK certified in the Elemental Rhythm method - a unique approach that combines breathing techniques with music, movement, and meditation to help you relax, find mental clarity, and explore your inner world.

What to Expect

  • We create a friendly, supportive and safe space - with each step of the session explained and questions welcomed

​

  • We provide yoga mats, eye masks, pillows and blankets - but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer or would like extra warmth and comfort

​

  • You will be guided by your facilitator each step of the way

​

  • Session outline:

  • - Meet other participants

  • - Learn and practice breathing exercises as a group

  • - Guided movement to prepare for the breathwork

  • - Lie down and get comfortable on your yoga mat

  • - Together we breathe - with music and drum creating an immersive experience

  • - Guided meditation and visualisations encourage inner reflection

  • - Time to rest and simply 'be' - with sound, voice and energy work supporting your relaxation

* Breathwork is best done lying down, however if this is not comfortable you can be seated on a chair, please request this on arrival

Safety

Breathwork is a very safe practice for most people, but it’s not recommended during pregnancy, for those with certain heart or respiratory conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery, high blood pressure or severe mental health conditions such as bipolar and PTSD.

You will be asked to sign a waiver form before participating in our sessions.

Individual Sessions

We also offer personalised one to one sessions, either at your home or at our space in Letham, Angus.

Friends and Family Sessions


If you would like a breathwork session for a private group, please get in touch. These are profound and very connective - a very special container is created when you practice breathwork with those you know and love.

Prices start from £40 per person for a 2 hour session.

Weekly Breathwork Journey


Guided sessions to experience in your own time, in your own space. This is breathwork that flows with your life - a steady rhythm of practice, waiting for you whenever you need it.

Life moves in rhythms. Some weeks we’re full of energy, others we’re stretched thin. Ebb / Flow is designed to meet you in those shifting tides - a fresh guided breathwork session delivered every week, for you to experience in your own time and space.
Each recording invites you into release, rest, and connect with yourself - whether you join on a Monday morning, a Sunday evening, or anywhere in between.

  • Alongside the sessions, an optional WhatsApp group offers community: a place to share reflections, feel held, and know you’re not alone.

​

  • Breathwork meets you where you are. For one person, it may bring deep relaxation and calm. For another, it might spark energy, focus, or motivation for the day ahead. There is no “right” outcome - the practice unfolds differently depending on your intention and your needs in the moment.

What you’ll receive each week:


- A brand-new guided breathwork session (around 60 minutes)
- Time to integrate with curated music
- Access whenever it suits you - no need to fit into a fixed slot
