Transformational Breathwork

Transformational breathwork is a simple, safe and powerful practice that supports self-healing and emotional wellbeing. It is easy to learn, and no previous experience is needed. This technique has been used for thousands of years and can support both mind and body.


Our sessions offer a guided experience that helps regulate the nervous system, release tension and create space for greater clarity and connection.

We are the only facilitators in the UK certified in the Elemental Rhythm method - a unique approach that combines breathing techniques with music, movement, and visualisation to help you relax, find mental clarity, and explore your inner world.

Safety

Breathwork is a very safe practice for most people, but it’s not recommended during pregnancy, for those with certain heart or respiratory conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery, high blood pressure or severe mental health conditions such as bipolar and PTSD.

All participants are required to complete a waiver form before attending sessions, which you can view here:

Breathwork Circles
 

Our Breathwork Circles are our core offering - a two-hour immersive group experience designed to guide you through a powerful journey of breath, music and deep relaxation.


Sessions are welcoming, friendly and open to everyone. Everything is provided and these sessions are suitable for complete beginners or those with an existing practice.


These sessions are often described as deeply transformative, with participants returning regularly to continue their practice and explore the experience more deeply. Many people report emotional release, clarity, and a lasting sense of calm and connection.

Individual Sessions
 

Private breathwork sessions with Kate offer a deeper, more personalised experience in a safe and supportive setting.


Many people experience profound shifts - releasing long-held tension, emotional patterns and gaining clarity and perspective. Sessions also include sound therapy, energy work and guided visualisation to support integration and balance.


Each session is 2–2.5 hours and includes a guided breathwork journey, 1:1 energy work and time for reflection afterwards.


- We offer a phone consultation initially to explore your needs and intentions

- Sessions take place in our space in Angus, or we may be able to travel to your home

Friends and Family Sessions

Private group breathwork sessions are available for couples, families and groups of friends or colleagues.


These sessions offer a powerful shared experience, creating connection, release and deeper understanding within relationships. Each session is adapted to suit your group and intentions.


We work with groups of up to 20 people, with pricing adjusted depending on group size and facilitators required.

Regular Online Breathwork


Guided sessions to experience in your own time, in your own space. This is breathwork that flows with your life - a steady rhythm of practice, waiting for you whenever you need it.

Life moves in rhythms. Some weeks we’re full of energy, others we’re stretched thin. Ebb / Flow is designed to meet you in those shifting tides - a guided breathwork session for you to experience in your own time and space.


Each recording invites you into release, rest, and connect with yourself - whether you join on a Monday morning, a Sunday evening, or anywhere in between

Breathwork meets you where you are. For one person, it may bring deep relaxation and calm. For another, it might spark energy, focus, or motivation for the day ahead. There is no “right” outcome - the practice unfolds differently depending on your intention and your needs in the moment.

What you’ll receive:


- A brand-new guided breathwork session (around 60 minutes)
- Time to integrate with curated music
- Access whenever it suits you - no need to fit into a fixed slot
