Sound Journey

Overview

You are invited to a sacred, Reiki infused, Sound Journey in a welcoming and comfortable space.

Release and let go, allowing vibration and resonance to support deep rest and relaxation.

Our sound journeys are completely unique; we weave instruments, energy work, ceremony and voice to create a deeply immersive and truly memorable experience.

Many people find our sound journeys help them access a level of rest that can be difficult to reach in everyday life.

Every experience is different. Some people simply experience deep relaxation, while others report emotional release, inner journeys, connection, insight or profound stillness. There is no right or wrong experience, only your own.

What to expect:

• A warm and friendly welcome, with an optional smoke cleanse to help you land and arrive in the space

• 1.5-hour experience

• Group size of between 5 and 20 people, depending on the event

• Guided relaxation to help you settle into the journey

• An immersive experience through voice, energy work and instruments including singing bowls, chimes, bells, gong and rainstick

• Deep restorative rest and relaxation

Yoga mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks provided - simply turn up and enjoy

No experience is necessary. Whether this is your first sound journey or you've attended many before, you are warmly welcome.

Finding Sankalpa Centre

The Sankalpa Centre, 51 Cowgate, Dundee, DD1 2JF

The Sankalpa Centre is located in Dundee city centre, within the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) close to the bus station and the Wellgate Shopping Centre, and next door to Victoria Carpets.

There is a small free car park at the end of the street, and additional parking is available at TKMaxx and the Wellgate Centre, which can be accessed without driving into the LEZ.

If you're travelling by public transport, the centre is easily accessible from both the bus station and train station.

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before the event: Full refund.

7 days to 48 hours before: No refund - but you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a future event.

Less than 48 hours before: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or transfer, as your place has already been held for you.

(We keep our groups small and prepare in advance for each participant, so last-minute cancellations have a big impact. Thank you for your understanding and support.)
