Sound Bath - StrathBetter

Join us for a very special sound bath as part of the StrathBetter Wellness Fair.

With a range of beautiful new instruments we’ll be creating a deeply restorative experience.

You will be gently guided into a state of calm presence, and taken on a relaxing journey with instruments such as bowls, chimes, gong, and drum.

Sound baths help calm the nervous system, find emotional balance, and surrender to  peace and clarity.

Details

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow if you wish to lie down (some spares will be available)

There is also the option to remain seated

No need to book, just turn up (doors close at 2.40pm)

Suggested donation is £15 (cash preferred but card payments available)

This is part of a wider weekend event, and entry to the building is £5 for the day- which gives you access to a number of wellbeing stalls, free workshops and refreshment options.
