Open to all women, no breathwork experience necessary.

Everything is provided - simply come as you are.

This day is an opportunity to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself.

🌿 Integration Time

The guided retreat will run until around 4pm.

The final hour is intentionally left open for gentle integration - a chance to reflect on the day and land the experience.

You may wish to journal quietly, spend time in the gardens and surrounding nature, or connect and chat with the new friends you’ve made.

You are welcome to stay and enjoy the space in whatever way feels right for you.

Anam Cara is a gorgeous retreat centre in the Scottish Highlands, with beautiful views and extensive grounds - the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect and nourish yourself.

⚠️ Health & Safety

Breathwork is generally very safe, however extra care is needed with certain conditions (for example PTSD, panic attacks, some heart conditions, epilepsy and pregnancy).

🌀 Cancellation Policy

More than 10 days before the event: full refund.

Less than 10 days before the event: unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund. However you are welcome to resell your ticket or find someone to take your place.

We are a small organisation, so last-minute cancellations have a big impact. Thank you for your understanding and support.
