Dundee Breathwork Circle - Connected

*Please note, you must have previously attended at least 2 Ishka breathwork sessions to book this 'Connected' session - All our other sessions are available for people joing us for the first time. This session is in the Sankalpa Centre.*

Following feedback from our regular attendees, we're delighted to offer a smaller and more intimate breathwork experience for those who have already attended our circles.

With typically around 8-12 participants, these circles create space for deeper connection, more personalised support, and a deeper integration.

Because everyone attending has already experienced our breathwork practice, we can spend less time on introductions and explanations, allowing more time for the breathwork journey itself, extended sound therapy, rest and integration.

Many people tell us that some of the most profound aspects of breathwork arise not only during the breathing itself, but in the stillness, connection and integration that follow. These smaller circles are designed to honour that.

What to expect:

A welcoming and intimate group of up to 12 people

A 2-hour experience

Guided transformational breathwork

Extended sound therapy, Reiki and deep relaxation

More space for reflection, sharing and integration

Personalised support throughout the journey

Yoga mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks provided — simply arrive and settle in

These sessions are open only to participants who have previously attended at least two Ishka Breathwork Circles.

As everyone attending is already familiar with the practice, we move more quickly into the experience itself and spend additional time on sound, integration and connection.

To create a more intimate and deeply held experience, these circles are limited to just 12 participants.

The smaller group size, additional space for integration and personalised support mean that, unlike the sliding scale model for our larger community breathwork circles, these sessions are offered at a fixed price of £22.

Finding Sankalpa Centre

The Sankalpa Centre, 51 Cowgate, Dundee, DD1 2JF

The Sankalpa Centre is located in Dundee city centre, within the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) close to the bus station and the Wellgate Shopping Centre, and next door to Victoria Carpets.

There is a small free car park at the end of the street, and additional parking is available at TKMaxx and the Wellgate Centre, which can be accessed without driving into the LEZ.

If you're travelling by public transport, the centre is easily accessible from both the bus station and train station.

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before the event: Full refund.

7 days to 48 hours before: No refund - but you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a future event.

Less than 48 hours before: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or transfer, as your place has already been held for you.

(We keep our groups small and prepare in advance for each participant, so last-minute cancellations have a big impact. Thank you for your understanding and support.)
