You are invited to explore the breath as a powerful tool for emotional release, nervous system regulation and deeper connection with yourself.

Our breathwork circles combine transformational breathwork, sound, energy work and deep relaxation to create a safe, supportive and often profoundly moving experience. Whether you're completely new to breathwork or returning to deepen your practice, you'll be supported every step of the way.

Many people describe our sessions as unlike anything they've experienced before.

Every experience is different. Some people experience emotional release, insight, connection or expanded awareness, while others simply experience deep rest and relaxation.

Our facilitators are trained in trauma-informed practice and create a safe, grounded and supportive environment where you can explore the breath at your own pace.

What to expect:

A warm and friendly welcome in a safe and supportive space

A 2-hour experience

Guided transformational breathwork

Sound, Reiki and relaxation to support integration and deep rest

Space for reflection, connection and sharing (optional)

Yoga mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks provided - simply turn up and settle in

Health & Safety

Breathwork is generally very safe, but additional care is needed for some physical and mental health conditions, including certain heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy and PTSD.

All participants are required to read and complete a short health waiver before attending, which you can view here:

Age guidance

These sessions are suitable for people aged 16+.

Younger people may be able to attend with parental consent and support, but please contact us before booking so we can discuss whether the session would be appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before the event: Full refund.

7 days to 48 hours before: No refund - but you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a future event.

Less than 48 hours before: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or transfer, as your place has already been held for you.

(We keep our groups small and prepare in advance for each participant, so last-minute cancellations have a big impact. Thank you for your understanding and support.)
