Join us for two nourishing hours of transformational breathwork, sound, Reiki, and relaxation. Whether you’re completely new or returning to deepen your practice, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

⚠️ Health & safety:

Breathwork is generally very safe, but extra care is needed with certain conditions (e.g. PTSD, some heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy). All participants are asked to sign a short waiver form before the session.
